Hi, I’m LaToya, a holistic wellness coach, certified habits coach, and longtime fitness trainer. I’ve been coaching since 2008 and walking closely with women—many of them moms, caregivers, and women of faith—through seasons of exhaustion, overwhelm, and change.
I created my Flourish program because I believe that our Heavenly Father wants us to live well—not just survive. We were never meant to live on autopilot, running on coffee, stress, and guilt. We were created for rhythm, rest, health, and joy. But that doesn't come from hustle culture or unrealistic routines. It comes from doing things differently—with grace, intention, and God at the center.
Two weeks might not seem like much—but in my experience, it’s long enough to:
