How I Started Faith-Based Wellness Coaching
For years, I wove elements of my faith into my coaching sessions, encouraging clients to start their days with prayer and gratitude. This practice, while enriching, always felt like a mere whisper of the deeper calling within me.
As I embarked on my own journey back to Christ, I realized that this whisper was meant to be heard more clearly. My heart yearned to separate from mainstream wellness and new age practices and openly embrace a faith-centered approach. It was a decision born out of conviction and a desire to truly honor Yahweh in every aspect of my work.
What is Faith-Based Wellness Coaching

Faith-based wellness coaching is more than just integrating scripture or prayer into sessions. It’s about cultivating a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind, and soul through the lens of faith. This journey isn’t just about achieving physical health or mental clarity; it’s about walking hand in hand with Christ, discovering a deeper purpose, and living a life that glorifies Yahweh.
By openly incorporating faith into my coaching practice, I created a space where individuals could explore their wellness with the guidance of Biblical principles. Every session became an opportunity to connect more profoundly with Yahweh, seek His guidance, and express gratitude for His blessings. In doing so, my clients and I not only worked towards personal goals but also grew spiritually, finding strength and inspiration in our shared faith.
The shift was monumental, not just in my professional life, but in my personal walk with Christ. It was a courageous step away from the familiar and towards a path focused less on self and more on Him. This decision to integrate faith into my business wasn’t just life-changing; it was life-affirming.
