As a mom of two, I know firsthand how hard it can be to make fitness fit your life — but also how life-changing it is when you do.

My coaching isn’t just about showing up on Zoom. It’s about being there with you. Live, present, encouraging — not an app, not a video, not another random workout. Just real-time connection and real results.

I’ve been offering virtual training via Skype for over a decade — long before Zoom workouts became the norm. Whether it was a snow day, a sick day, or a rainy day, I was showing up — and I’ll do the same for you.

Training sessions are available:
Monday – Friday | 10 AM – 6 PM EST
(Excludes holidays)
